How do you get out of your bed in the winter?
Do you struggle to get out of bed in the winter? Or actually all year? Do you know that life gets easier by the way you choose to start your day?
In holidays getting out of bed is easy. And you think that is because of you don’t have to start early.
But it has nothing to do with time, because after a few days you’ve slept enough.
- Is it a lack of sleep that makes you resistant to wake up?
- Or are you just use to wake up in a difficult way?
- This week I’m going to give you some tips about how to make it easy! Also in the middle of the winter.
- Start at the beginning. Literaly at the START of your day, from the moment you wake up.
- TIP 1: Start you day with SILENCE – meditation 🙂
The first meditation takes 10 minutes
Get out of your bed and sit down in your best chair. Sit straight and be warm, so cover yourself in warm clothes, a fleece or a blanket. Wear socks if you like. The winter challenge is allowed to be nice.
Then click the video below. It is just audio so you don’t have to look at it. Put on or in some head- or earphone when you don’t want to wake up anyone.
Give these 10 minutes to yourself. You don’t need to do anything special. Just sit straight and listen to the music and to my voice.
That is all. When you can’t sit that long in this position don’t make it a problem. You get used to it. And the more you practice the easier it gets. Just do it again tomorrow. You get a new meditation every day all the week.
